The wait is over…. Frozen now available on UPC On Demand

1 st April 2014: The wait is over… parents across Ireland will be delighted to learn that Disney’s latest movie, Frozen is now available on UPC On Demand. The movie, which is the hightest-grossing animated movie of all time, has proved a massive hit with Irish children nationwide.

Available on UPC On Demand from today, families will now be able to enjoy watching the adventures of Anna, Kristoff and Elsa from the comfort of their home.

On Demand TV has been a fantastic success for UPC with over 35 million views to date, over 90% having accessed the service and over 50% using the service on a regular basis. In fact, UPC was the first entertainment provider to introduce Catch up TV & is free to all UPC digital Cable TV customers – includes RTÉ Player ,3player and TG4.

Unlike internet based television and movie services, UPC On-Demand TV is simple to use and you don’t need any additional services. You just press the On-Demand button on your UPC digital remote control and you have access to an extensive library of current and recent TV and movies.

All customers will be able to rent the latest movie releases (€4.99 SD or €5.99 HD) and will also be able to choose from an extensive movie library (€1.99 SD or €2.49 HD). Big studio names attached to the service include Sony, Disney, Fox, Universal, Paramount, Warner Brothers to ensure we offer a true On-Demand TV service in Ireland which means customers will always be able to find something they enjoy at the touch of a button.
