Will my contract change when I move to my new home?

No, your current contract will stay exactly the same, and won’t be extended until you want it to be. You changed your lease, not your life.

Will I need to change my Direct Debit details when I move?

Not with Virgin Media. All your Direct Debit details will remain the same as they were for your previous address, which is just one less thing to worry about.

What happens to the last bill from my old place?

Zip. Zilch. Nada. Nothing changes except for the address. You'll still get your bills on the same date, and if there is a balance owed from your previous address, we’ll just carry it over to the next one.

Can there be two accounts at the one address?

Unfortunately, no. At the moment, there can only be one account per address.
