There are a couple of things you need to know first: 

1. You need the Virgin Media Hub (white modem) or Hub 2.0 (black modem) to take part.

2. Once you receive your Smart WiFi pods, you’ll need to remove any other WiFi extender/WiFi booster solution that you have in place.

You will be charged €5 a month to your Virgin Media account. We guarantee uninterrupted WiFi with minimum speeds of 30Mb in every room of your home. If, in any rare case these minimum speeds cannot be achieved, we’ll give you a €50 credit into your Virgin Media account.  

Once the 4 week trial is over, if you prefer not to keep The WiFi Guarantee, you can let us know and send the WiFi Pod back to us in the prepaid packaging. The €5 charge for WiFi Guarantee will then be removed from your account and will no longer appear on your bill.

Once you’ve signed up, we’ll send the Smart WiFi pod which powers our WiFi guarantee to the address you’ve given us. You’ll receive an email that will guide you through the process of setting up your Smart WiFi pod. We’ll also include some setup instructions in the box.
